In addition to rheumatoid arthritis, the clinic also provides its services to patient suffering from other autoimmune disorders as ankylosing spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis, palindromic rheumatism and Still's disease. The clinic is also seeing non-autoimmune disorders as gout, fibromyalgia and regional pain disorders.
This clinic is not seeing patients with lupus, scleroderma or patients with vasculitis as Bechet's disease. Those disease entities are referred to other rheumatology clinics at Dr. Hatem Eleishi Medical Center.
Online communication and follow up with the doctor: If you are a patient of Dr. Hatem, you can communicate with him after your visit to the clinic through “Motawasel Online Service”. Motawasel is an online platform that allows you to send your follow up labs or to ask about any new problems that might arise without the need to come to the clinic every time. It is especially useful for those patients who live in far cities or out of the country.
You will need to get your personal username and password to use them to log to your personal account and communicate directly with the doctor thereafter.

The working days and hours of the clinic of Dr. Hatem are Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays from 12 noon to 7 PM.

The consultation visit is 900 EGY
The follow up visit is 400 EGY

Note that the clinic is strictly appointment-based and walk-ins are not entertained except within narrow limits if the patient is willing to wait.
