If you have diagnosed with gout, kindly bring along the following lab test results with you to the clinic:

ESR

CBC

CRP

ALT

AST

Serum Albumin

Lipid profile
Glycated Hb

Serum creatinine

TSH 

PTH

Serum uric acid (old and new blood tests if both are available)

 

Also please bring the boxes of your rheumatoid medications unless you know their names quite well. Medication boxes are more important that prescriptions.
