Arrange the day and time of your appointment with the call center staff

Provide the call center with a mobile number so they can use it confirm your appointment one day before the day of your visit to the clinic

If you wish to cancel or postpone your appointment, it is very important that you kindly call the call center

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior cancellation, the call center staff at Dr. Hatem Eleishi Medical Center (DHMC) will later book you either as a walk in patient only or will give you the last available appointment on any clinic day you wish to book on.
