Timeline for doctor's response to patients' communications:

It takes a maximum of 2 working days to get the response from the doctor.

Reminder: our working days are Saturday to Wednesday and our off days are Thursday and Friday. Your consultation should be open and valid to expect a response. The  detials are on the Motawasel page.

This means that:

The deadline for responding to a message that is sent any time on Saturday is Monday in the evening.

The deadline for responding to a message that is sent any time on Sunday is Tuesday in the evening.

The deadline for responding to a message that is sent any time on Monday is Wednesday in the evening.

The deadline for responding to a message that is sent any time on Tuesday is Saturday in the evening.

The deadline for responding to a message that is sent any time on Wednesday is Sunday in the evening.
